A very nice kitchen collectible, this vintage jam tin for Climax Brand James & Jellies has a wonderful colourful label and is in great shape. There are a few surface scratches but nothing egregious and no rust; the back of the tin features a wonderful EMC monogram.
Empress Manufacturing Company was established in Vancouver, BC in the early 1900s and was well known for its preserves, spices, and other foodstuffs.
Measures about 6" in diameter and 6" tall.
