Pick-up, shipping/delivery & returns

PICK-UP: you can pick your online purchases at 518 3rd Avenue West. If you need to pick up outside of those hours, please get in touch and we can make alternate arrangements

SHIPPING: We use Canada Post to ship from the website, unless they are going on strike, in which case we will still charge Canada Post rates but use a different courier.

Some items are too heavy or large to put in the mail, but please contact us to arrange transport by a freight company. We're more than happy to accommodate your request!

DELIVERY: We are happy to deliver within Prince Rupert and Port Edward for a small fee, depending on the item. We also travel from Prince Rupert to the Lower Mainland on a regular basis, and are happy to offer delivery to communities along our route for very competitive rates. Please contact us for a delivery quote!

RETURNS are accepted within 14 days for in-store credit only, and return postage must be paid by customer. Please ask for further information or pictures if necessary before you purchase!
