A stately and elegant mahogany art nouveau sideboard with a tall three-mirrored back, this gorgeous solid wood piece of furniture has storage, style, and substance all in one package. It has two dovetailed, green felt-lined drawers, and two cupboards below with a shelf that runs the length of the base. The cupboard doors are intricately carved with an art nouveau design and the brass handles look like they came right out of Rivendell.
The top features three curvaceous beveled mirrors set between two turned wood support posts. This top can be removed for easy transport or if you just want to use the base on its own.
This 100+ year old piece has a few beauty marks: a twonie-sized spot of foxing in the middle of the larger middle mirror, an inconsequential split in the top of the sideboard, and old marks, scuffs, and dents here and there. None of these unique features detract from its overall beauty.
Measures 54" wide, 20" deep, and 73 1/2" tall.
