A lovely old Asian, probably Chinese, plate with a beautiful hand painted red and blue design on the classic speckled off white background. Underside is decorated with blue flowers. This plate does have a manufacturing defect (looks like a chip but is actually glazed over (see photos).
Measures about 21cm in diameter.
