Pick-up, shipping/delivery & returns

PICK-UP: you can pick your online purchases Fridays and Saturdays between 10 AM and 5 PM at our retail location, 516A 3rd Avenue West. If you need to pick up outside of those hours, please get in touch and we can make alternate arrangements

SHIPPING: We use Canada Post to ship from the website, unless they are goin on strike, in which case we will still charge Canada Post rates but use a different courier.

Some items are too heavy or large to put in the mail, but please contact us to arrange transport by a freight company. We're more than happy to accommodate your request!

DELIVERY: We are happy to deliver within Prince Rupert and Port Edward for a small fee, depending on the item. We also travel from Prince Rupert to the Lower Mainland on a regular basis, and are happy to offer delivery to communities along our route for very competitive rates. Please contact us for a delivery quote!

RETURNS are accepted within 14 days for in-store credit only, and return postage must be paid by customer. Please ask for further information or pictures if necessary before you purchase!
