Netsuke Crab with eels- hand carved, signed, Japanese, ox bone signature plaque

A vintage Japanese netsuke or traditional sculptural dress toggle carved in the shape of a crab and eels with an ox-bone signature inlay on base. 

Netsuke are small toggles that were used to hold a pouch to a belt, and have evolved over the last three hundred years into tiny sculptural works of art. 

Measures 1.2" x 1.5" x 2".
