Barber's bottle - no stopper, purple glass, enameled flowers, antique
|Availability:||In stock (1)|
Barber's bottles were used in the mid-1800s to the early 1900s to hold proprietary hair tonics and other mixtures. This is a nice example in purple hand-blown glass (see photos for the rough pontil mark). It is unfortunately missing the stopper, but is otherwise in good shape.
Measures 4" in diameter by 7 3/4" high, and weighs about half a pound.
